Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Zipset, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. By creating an account or using Zipset you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Zipset.
Your account
You need to be 16 or older. Keep your sign in secure, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it. Invite codes are for people you know. Don't use Zipset to harass anyone, scrape it, resell it, or get around its security.
What Zipset shows you
Outfits are suggestions put together by software from products listed by independent stores. Product photos, descriptions, prices, sizes and stock come from those stores and can change at any time. We check stock and prices often, but we can't promise they are exact at every moment. Fit and taste are yours to judge.
Two ways to buy
Store links. When you open a store or a pre-filled store cart from Zipset, you buy directly from that store. If you have saved a delivery address, the store's checkout opens with it filled in. You still pay the store. The store is the seller and its own terms, shipping, returns and privacy policy apply. Zipset is not part of that sale, though the store may pay us a referral commission. It never changes your price.
Zipset checkout. When you pay with Zipset, you pay Zipset once for the whole look and Zipset orders each piece from its store for you, shipped to the address you give at checkout. The price you see at checkout is what you pay, including any service fee and taxes shown there.
- Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. Zipset never sees your full card number.
- We usually place store orders within one business day and email you tracking as each piece ships. Pieces from different stores arrive separately.
- If a store sells out of a piece before we can order it, we refund that piece in full to your card and the rest of your order continues.
- Returns follow each store's return window and condition rules, which we show on request. Start a return by replying to your order email. Once the store accepts the return, we refund you for that piece.
- If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with the store.
Friends and what you share
You control what friends see. Don't upload or share anything you don't have the right to share.
Our content
The Zipset name, logo, app and the way it puts looks together belong to Zipset. Product images and names belong to the stores and brands that publish them.
Things outside our control
Zipset is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by stores, carriers or payment providers. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Ending things
You can delete your account any time in Profile, then Account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Orders already paid for will still be completed or refunded.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
